Terms of Service

LegalLast updated: July 1, 2025
By accessing or using any Corallium Studios service — including the Customer Hub, NautilusControl, Corallium Bot, FabledCreatures, TopazMD, and AeroDeck — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Corallium Studios ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, and websites operated by Corallium Studios.

By registering an account, making a purchase, or downloading any software we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use our services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or inactive for an extended period.

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with another person. One account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited.

Products & Licenses

Corallium Studios offers a range of software products including NautilusControl (server management panel), Corallium Bot (Discord bot platform), FabledCreatures (online game), TopazMD (offline desktop application), and AeroDeck (FPV ground station software).

Paid products are delivered as digital licenses. Upon successful payment, a license key is issued to your account. This key is personal and may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to another person without prior written consent from Corallium Studios.

Free products (such as TopazMD) are provided as-is under the license terms described below. No payment is required, but these Terms and the EULA still apply.

Payments & No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on digital products or licenses. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Your payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Subscription plans (where applicable) will renew automatically at the stated billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page or by opening a support ticket. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.

If you believe a charge was made in error due to a technical failure on our end, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

EU Consumer Rights Notice

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following applies under Directive 2011/83/EU:

Under normal circumstances, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

When you complete a purchase or begin downloading a digital product from Corallium Studios, you will be shown a purchase agreement. By actively confirming this agreement and clicking the purchase or download button, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law in cases of defective products or misrepresentation.

License Terms (EULA)

By purchasing or downloading any Corallium Studios software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose, subject to the following terms:

  • You may install and use the software on hardware you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes as described in your specific license tier.
  • You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • You may not create derivative works, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the software or any portion thereof.
  • You may not remove or alter any copyright notices, license notices, or attribution statements embedded in the software.
  • Commercial use beyond the scope of your purchased license tier requires a commercial license — contact us before deploying commercially.

Corallium Studios retains all intellectual property rights in and to the software. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corallium Studios is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. EU consumers may also rely on the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the in-platform announcement banner or by email to registered users, at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.
